Northern Lakes Hockey Development is very proud to be partnered with Superior Stride Power Skating.  Over the past seven years Superior Stride has established itself as the leading power skating company in Northwestern Ontario.

Northern Lakes Hockey Development and Superior Stride Power Skating are once again offering a unique camp this summer from July , 2018.  This is a technical camp that focusses on teaching camp participants theory and technical skills that will lead to a better skater and a better goal scorer.  Superior Stride has combined the science of Biomechanics with years of hockey playing experience and has created a system of specifically designed progressive drills that will produce any player’s best level of skating.  Northern Lakes Hockey Development will teach theory behind goal scoring from both a shooter's perspective and a goaltender's perspective as well as teach goal scorers how to generate more scoring opportunities.  Each session will be 90 minutes in length with 45 minutes dedicated to power skating and 45 minutes dedicated to goal scoring.
